The Usual Florence is set to open in Q1 2027, marking our first property in Italy and an exciting new chapter for The Usual.

Located in the heart of Florence, this new property will bring together design, lifestyle, and community, guided by a regenerative approach to hospitality. Rooted in local culture and built with care for people and planet, The Usual Florence brings the city’s rich heritage into a modern, community-driven hospitality experience.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for people who are passionate about hospitality, sustainability and excited to help build something new from the ground up. People who take ownership, enjoy working with others, and love creating meaningful guest experiences.

We will be recruiting for a wide range of roles, including:

• Hosts & Front Office positions
• Food & Beverage positions (across service, bar, and kitchen)
• Operational leadership and support roles across the hotel
• Maintenance staff
