In April this year, we opened our first two hotels in Rotterdam and Brussels and have several more in the purchase phase. For our support team in The Hague, we are looking for an Interim Digital Marketing Manager to cover Maternity Leave who will help shape and build our brand presence and community.

The role
As a member of the Brand Marketing team, your focus lies with telling our brand story online and converting potential guests into loyal fans. Your day-to-day work will be to work closely with our Brand Marketing Director and Content Creator & PR Manager to help implement the brand’s (online) strategy. 

You will design and implement digital strategy across platforms for a unified approach. Relevant projects include search engine ads, social media ads, digital products in hotel, and website content optimization
 
We are ambitious and are looking for international expansion, therefore an interest in and understanding of diverse cultures and sensitivities is key.

Essentials
  • Must have a heart for sustainability, ESG, and hospitality. 
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Dutch and French communication skills preferred. Other major European languages would be a pre. 
  • Confident in liaising with (interviewing) different departments, partners, and guests.
 
Tasks include
  • Collaborate with various departments to create cohesive campaigns across various platforms and digital spaces. 
  • Develop and maintain long term marketing strategy and plannings 
  • With a social media manager, create, run and optimize impactful paid social media campaigns designed to target potential hotel guests, f&b guests, & locals on Meta, LinkedIn, & Youtube. 
  • On Google Ads and Microsoft Ads: 
    • Optimize existing ad strategies 
    • develop and deploy new ads to reflect changing promotional strategies.  
  • Manage metasearch strategies and platforms. We use Meta I/O. 
  • Website:
    • Maintain our website including content, design elements, translation work, etc.
    • Contribute to projects related to SEO
    • Backlinking development 
    • Collaborate with IT on technical development
  • Set up or maintain digital profiles on: 
    • Google suite
    • Bing 
    • Apple Maps
  • Manage current digital products including: 
    • Quarterly newsletter distribution
    • Digital elevator content
    • TV screen menus
