Be you with us
We're committed to being a hotel that won’t treat the planet like a hotel. We think that travel can be a force for good. Our solution-oriented group of optimists is committed to offering welcoming city trips that empower and inspire our guests, our colleagues, and the locals to do good, every step of the way.
At our workplace, we foster an empowering environment where individuals are encouraged to unleash their full potential. Our team embraces a warm and welcoming atmosphere, creating a sense of belonging and support for everyone. Collaboration is at the heart of our culture, as we believe that great achievements are made through teamwork and shared ideas. We are a game-changing company, constantly pushing boundaries and challenging the status quo of traditional hospitality. Join us and experience a workplace where being your authentic self is celebrated.
The role
As a member of the People and Culture team, your focus lies with our most valuable asset: our people. You will be supporting the operations of the hotel together with our Head of People and Culture and our People and Culture Officer.
On a daily basis, you will be involved in recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance enablement and sick leave. Relevant projects contain setting up new processes or optimising existing processes, such as our onboarding or our e-learning.
Besides working closely with the People and Culture team, you will also liaise with the hotel operations teams. You will visit our locations and cities and engage live with guests, locals, and press to help build our community. And help build and communicate about our local relations and recommendations. Since we are an international business, an interest in and understanding of diverse cultures and sensitivities is key.
How we work
We strive for an open, honest, and conscientious workplace where essential quality is key, and these values play a vital role for everyone to be and become who they aspire to be. No path walked is the same, we want to hear people’s passion and create careers around people’s needs as opposed to fitting people into a specific job. There is freedom for growth, to make a change, and to define our culture together.
