The role
As a member of the People and Culture team, your focus lies with our most valuable asset: our people. You will be supporting the operations of the hotel together with our Head of People and Culture and our People and Culture Officer.

On a daily basis, you will be involved in recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance enablement and sick leave. Relevant projects contain setting up new processes or optimising existing processes, such as our onboarding or our e-learning.

Besides working closely with the People and Culture team, you will also liaise with the hotel operations teams. You will visit our locations and cities and engage live with guests, locals, and press to help build our community. And help build and communicate about our local relations and recommendations. Since we are an international business, an interest in and understanding of diverse cultures and sensitivities is key.

  • Must have a heart for sustainability, ESG, and hospitality. 
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management / Hotel Management /        Business management / Psychology or another relevant study
  • A basic understanding of Human Resources processes.
  • Confident in liaising with different departments, both in the office and in the operations of the hotel.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Dutch communication skills preferred. Other major European languages would be a pre. 
  • Willingness to travel.
